A key feature of these spaces was the design and installation of a carefully engineered timber ceiling raft, integrating lighting and accommodating building services without compromising the overall visual impact. This was complemented by bespoke fitted storage solutions and full-height mirrored walls, enhancing both functionality and the sense of space while supporting the practical requirements of each area.

In addition, we designed and delivered a high-end cinema room and a dedicated karaoke suite, selecting floor and wall finishes and incorporating full audio-visual integration, acoustic treatments for optimal sound performance and inset LED features to create distinctive, engaging environments which elevate the overall extensive amenity offering within the development.
