We were appointed by Barings Real Estate and Glenbrook to design and install the bespoke furniture package for 220 flats, in a roll-out programme in line with buyer completions, including custom designed furniture pieces to fit the apartments' slightly unique proportions, along with three individual show flats. We also provided furniture, artwork, decor, planting installations and lighting to the residents' lounge and amenity space and the reception and front of house space. The scheme was fully let within 12 months, surpassing the client's 18-24 month target.
