ANNEX is an office and amenities design and fit-out in central Manchester, where we provided design consultancy, FF&E specification and procurement, bespoke fitted joinery, planting installations, wall coverings and acoustics, and AV and conferencing equipment. Our team has skillfully crafted a workspace that seamlessly combines breakout areas, meeting rooms and focussed workspaces. Our design reflects the client's vision of fostering a healthy work atmosphere, promoting productivity and collaboration. We enjoyed working alongside OBI on this project - along with the shell and core refurbishment of the whole building, they did the spaceplanning for the office suites and installed the flooring and glazing.
