ANNEX is a central Manchester office and amenities fit-out where we were responsible for design consultancy, FF&E specification and procurement, bespoke joinery, planting installations, wall coverings, acoustic treatments and AV and conferencing systems.

Our brief was to create a flexible, high-quality workspace that could support a variety of working styles while reflecting the client’s vision for a healthy, collaborative atmosphere.


The scheme combines breakout areas, meeting rooms and focused work zones in a cohesive layout. Custom joinery, feature wall finishes, planting and carefully chosen furnishings add character and comfort, while integrated AV and conferencing systems ensure the space is fully equipped for modern hybrid working.


We worked closely with OBI, who delivered the shell and core refurbishment, space planning, flooring and glazing. This partnership resulted in a seamless, future-ready workplace where architectural detail and interior design are perfectly aligned.
