We were appointed to deliver a full interior design specification for this new residential development in Manchester, encompassing the finishes and fitted joinery in the 62 apartments and the double-height ground floor communal amenity space. The design formed the foundation for a suite of high-quality CGIs used to market the scheme.
Our role began with design consultancy and detailed space planning, ensuring that each apartment layout and shared area was both functional and visually compelling.
We curated all internal finishes and specified furniture throughout the apartments and resident amenity spaces, carefully balancing durability, comfort and contemporary appeal.
Particular attention was given to the amenity areas, where we developed a fully resolved 3D model to communicate the design intent clearly and cohesively. This model was then translated into photorealistic CGIs, capturing the atmosphere, materiality and spatial quality of the interiors, and providing a powerful visual narrative to support the marketing of the development.
