Our project at Walton Court Gardens, situated just outside of London, involved specification and furnishing of amenity spaces on multiple floors across two blocks, including co-working space, residents' lounge, private dining room, yoga studio, gym, multiple reception areas, roof terrace and lettings office, as well as some back of house staff areas. We provided bespoke joinery design, lighting, fabrication and installation of a yoga studio storage wall and feature wall cladding, and artwork curation and installation.

We also designed and installed penthouse show apartments and created scheme specific furniture pack options for purchase by investors, supplied and installed to individual units on a phased basis.

We have for the same client across multiple sites provided a number of additional show apartments and penthouse designs, as well as amenity space upgrades and tenant garden design.
