The amenity spaces were envisioned as stylish extensions of the home, blending contemporary aesthetics with comfort and functionality. Residents can enjoy a variety of breakout and socialising areas, as well as the added luxury of a dedicated cinema room—a standout feature for relaxation and community events.

Working closely alongside the principal contractor, we were appointed to transform the ground floor amenity space from a shell and core condition into a fully realised turnkey solution. Our scope included the design and installation of bespoke joinery elements, most notably a carefully engineered timber grid ceiling that provides both visual impact and acoustic performance. Additional works included feature lighting installations, glazed partitioning to create flexible zones, and the sourcing and styling of furniture and décor to complete the scheme.

The result is a cohesive, high-quality interior that balances sophistication with usability—enhancing the resident experience and adding long-term value to the development.
