Our amenity space features contemporary aesthetics and a range of breakout and socialising areas, as well as the luxury of a dedicated cinema room. We worked alongside the principal contractor, taking the ground floor amenity as shell and core and delivering a turnkey solution for the client, with lighting installations, bespoke joinery, including a carefully engineered timber grid ceiling, glazed partitioning, furniture and decor elements.
