We worked alongside the Principal Contractor, who handed us the nearly 5,000sqft of ground floor amenity space as shell and core, to deliver a fully realised turnkey solution.

Our scope included the design and installation of a full complement of bespoke joinery elements, most notably a carefully engineered timber waffle grid ceiling, with integrated building and safety services, which provides both visual impact and acoustic performance. Additional works included the installation and commissioning of a luxury cinema room for the residents to enjoy, feature lighting installations, glazed partitioning to denote the gym, yoga studio and business lounge and coworking space, and the sourcing and styling of furniture and décor to complete the scheme and create breakout zones. We also specified wall and floor finishes and provided ongoing design assistance, alongside the architect, throughout the scheme's specification process.

The result is a cohesive, high-quality interior that balances sophistication with usability - enhancing the resident experience and adding long-term value to the development.
