The project presented a number of challenges; reimagining an empty shell, while working within planning constraints which required the retention of key features, including the large pendant lights and sections of the original flooring and panelling, as well as limitations on where interventions could be made. Despite these restrictions, our designer successfully brought the concept to life, resulting in a striking and cohesive interior.

Our team produced a full suite of drawings, including general arrangements, lighting and electrical layouts and detailed designs for bespoke joinery, which encompassed host stations, fitted banquette and curved booth seating, as well as the beautifully tiled bar and arched shelving. We also specified all wall, floor and ceiling finishes, designed custom ceiling rafts and installations and curated planting, furniture and décor. We provided guidance on the full scope of design elements, to deliver a complete and coordinated package, ready for tender.
