We designed, procured and installed furniture packages to the 272 BTR units in this gorgeous new scheme in Eccles, Manchester, as well as completing a fit-out programme for the reception area.
The installation of the furniture was rolled out on a strict programme and, alongside our specialist supply and install partners, we completed it ahead of schedule and with minimal snags.
Alongside this, we provided three stunning and uniquely dressed show flats, utilising the same furniture from the packs, to ensure incoming tenants could see a true reflection of what they would receive, and enhancing it with carefully considered dressing elements. We created cosy and welcoming spaces, with eclectic décor and artwork and pops of colour in the furniture, appealing to the developer’s target market of young professionals.
Our client needed a quick turnaround for the show units and we were able to facilitate this on schedule, allowing them to market the scheme within their intended programme.
