We provided a full design consultancy package to Hydepark Street, a high-end, £70m PBSA development providing 410 student beds over 25 floors, in Glasgow. Our scope included the design of all amenity spaces, which were extensive, set predominantly over the ground, first and second floors, with additional spaces on several of the upper floors.
The amenities encompassed a stunning, statement reception area, numerous social lounges, quiet study zones and group study areas, games rooms, libraries, gyms and fitness studios, kitchens and private dining rooms, cinema and karaoke rooms and even a social laundry.
We delivered a full package, covering everything from bespoke joinery designs, custom rafted ceilings and acoustic treatments, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, AV solutions, lighting solutions, furniture specification, technical drawings and finalised CGIs to showcase the development for market.
We also advised on the specification of the finishes in the units and designed the bespoke joinery, from cluster kitchens to the specialised fitted furniture in the rooms.
