We assumed the Principal Contractor role on this full refurbishment of a dated existing office space, providing design, consultancy and project management through to the completion and occupation of the asset. The scheme included dedicated desk areas, meeting rooms and breakout areas. Our elegant design included natural tones and materials to create an environment that felt stimulating and enriching. Bespoke seating and storage was designed for the reception area, whilst breakout areas had relaxed seating options. The commercial demands of this project required careful selection of materials and finishes to provide both attractive and durable design.
