We completed our project at Vantage Tower, Southampton’s tallest building, in two phases. The first refurbished the reception and amenity spaces, including the gym, yoga studio, lounges, workspaces and kitchenette, with bespoke joinery, furniture, lighting, artwork and scent to create a cohesive, engaging environment.

The second phase focused on three luxury show flats, including units to a standard finish and an up-spec penthouse. We also designed and installed a bespoke kitchen island, fabricated off-site for easy installation and marketed as an optional upgrade for occupiers.


Across both phases, our work combined style, functionality and attention to detail, enhancing the resident experience while showcasing the full potential of the building.
