At Local Crescent, we were appointed to design and furnish an extensive range of resident amenities, including two cinema rooms, a gym, spa with pool and solarium, multiple lounges and breakout spaces, kitchenettes and a dramatic vaulted reception area.

Our scope covered bespoke joinery, lighting installations and curated artwork, ensuring each space combined durability with a refined, contemporary aesthetic. In addition, we delivered a series of show flats and developed a furniture package for investors, supplied and installed on a turnkey basis across individual units.


The result is a cohesive, lifestyle-led environment that enhances the resident experience while adding long-term value to the development.
