In Manchester, we introduced distinct zones within the open-plan layout, using tall open shelving and low-level storage to define areas for focused work, meetings and breakout or relaxation. This approach maintained clear sightlines to the large windows, while giving each space a strong sense of purpose and identity.

Our design aesthetic aimed to complement the building’s character, with its exposed brickwork and visible MEP. Warm-toned furniture was accented with colourful artwork, planting installations and statement pendant lighting. We also designed and fabricated a bespoke moss feature panel, incorporating a 3D LED interpretation of the client’s logo, creating a standout moment that draws attention from passers-by.

In London, dedicated workspaces were incorporated on two floors, while the third held a more collaborative and informal co-working table, complemented by a mix of settings including a lounge, an open meeting area and a private meeting room, creating a flexible layout that supports a variety of working styles.
