This project involved the design, specification, and furnishing of over 2,000 sq ft of amenity space, including seating areas, workstations, collaboration zones, a reception desk, post area, and kitchen.
We created innovative zoned layouts using soft fabric dividers, and enhanced the spaces with feature lighting, curated décor, and planting to add warmth and character.
We also designed and installed two show flats and developed scheme-specific furniture packs for investors, supplied and installed on a phased basis. Stock was procured and stored in our warehousing facility prior to building completion, enabling a smooth, efficient rollout to individual units.
The result was a cohesive, practical, and stylish interior scheme that enhanced the resident experience while providing a turnkey solution for the client.
