We worked on Bow Square over a two-year period, on behalf of the landlord and operator, delivering a series of enhancements across both external and internal amenity spaces.
Our scope included a complete transformation of the garden and courtyard, over 660 sqm of space, where we replaced worn and damaged AstroTurf, upgraded planter benches and seating areas, improved the lighting scheme and introduced new furniture, including feature hanging chairs, to create a more inviting and usable outdoor environment.
Internally, we provided design consultancy for the refurbishment of the amenity spaces, spanning the residents’ private dining room and lounge areas through to the reception and back-of-house offices.
In addition, we delivered bespoke joinery, redecoration and styling for the gym and fitness studios, ensuring a cohesive design language and an elevated experience throughout the building.
